Terms & Conditions Nusa Apartments

These Terms & Conditions apply to all stays at Nusa Apartments,, operated by Nusa Apartments. By making a reservation, guests agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Reservation & Occupancy

• Apartment Monte Cara accommodates a maximum of 4 adults
• One additional child up to 12 years old is allowed upon prior request
• The number of guests may not exceed the agreed occupancy
• Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight

2. Use of the Apartment

• The apartment is intended for residential use only
• arties, events, gatherings or commercial activities are not permitted
• Guests are expected to respect the apartment, the building and the neighbourhood at all times

3. Quiet Environment

• Apartment Monte Cara is located in a quiet residential area
• Quiet hours apply between 22:00 and 08:00
• Excessive noise, especially during these hours, is not permitted

4. Smoking & Pets

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, including e-cigarettes and vaping
• Pets are not allowed
• Certified assistance animals are permitted in accordance with applicable regulations

5. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in is available from 15:00 (flexible upon request)
• Check-out is by 10:00
• Late check-out or early check-in is subject to availability and prior approval

6. Damage & Liability

• Guests are responsible for the apartment and its contents during their stay
• Any damage, loss or malfunction must be reported promptly
• Costs resulting from damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged to the guest
• Nusa Apartments is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings

7. Photography & Filming

• Commercial photography or filming is not permitted without prior written consent

8. Termination of Stay

Nusa Apartments reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund if:

• house rules or terms are violated
• excessive disturbance is caused
• the apartment is misused

9. Force Majeure

Nusa Apartments is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages or governmental restrictions

10. Applicable Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by local applicable law
• Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable regulations

11. Acceptance of Terms

• By confirming a reservation, guests confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions
